教育及工作经历:

吴中洋,理学博士,特任教授、博士生导师,免疫应答与免疫治疗全国重点实验室课题组负责人。入选2025国家海外高层次人才引进计划,于2026年8月正式加入中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部。2021年于清华大学获得博士学位;2021年至2026年在美国波士顿儿童医院和哈佛医学院从事博士后研究,并为美国Broad研究所附属成员。以第一作者(含共同第一作者)在CellCell ReportsSTAR ProtocolsLife Medicine等期刊发表研究论文,并作为共同作者在ImmunityMolecular CellNature Chemical BiologyNature CommunicationsCell Research等期刊发表研究成果。荣获“Kenneth Rainin Innovations Symposium旅行奖“、“哈佛华人学者生命科学杰出研究奖”。


研究兴趣:

长期关注组织微环境如何指导免疫细胞的适应与命运决定,重点研究免疫细胞对环境变化的感知、细胞内多层级信息解码及髓系免疫细胞的功能重塑。主要研究方向包括:

1)组织微环境中的pH等生理信号如何被免疫细胞感知;

2)微环境信号如何被细胞内多层级调控体系解码;

3)组织微环境如何塑造髓系免疫细胞的分化、功能适应与炎症记忆,以及这些过程在感染、肿瘤和衰老中的作用。
