谢文兵


主要研究领域:

利用细胞分子生物学,生物信息学,生物化学等手段,主要研究:

1. 表观遗传异常在肿瘤发生发展过程中的生物学功能和作用分子机制;

2. 细胞衰老和组织老化中的表观遗传改变及其在肿瘤发生中的作用; 

3. 表观遗传分子作为潜在靶点的抗肿瘤药物、抗衰老药物开发。

 

特任教授,博士生导师,国家青年创新人才计划获选者。2007年本科毕业于中央民族大学,2012年博士毕业于北京大学。20129月至20216月,美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院Sidney Kimmel综合癌症中心任博士后研究员和Research Associate

2021年加入中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部,组建肿瘤表观遗传学实验室。相关成果在Cancer Cell, PNAS, Stem Cells, Nature, Molecular Cell等杂志发表,并获得Nature Reviews CancerScience DailyF1000Prime等的专题报道和推荐。
