研究方向与兴趣:

生殖细胞发育异常引起的人类生殖障碍及出生缺陷是我国面临的严重人口健康挑战。当前,由于生活/饮食方式的改变,环境污染的存在,据统计我国育龄夫妇中约有10~15%不能正常生育,且在每年出生的新生儿中,约有3~6%存在先天出生缺陷。这些给我国人口健康带来巨大挑战和社会负担。本研究组将通过制作基因修饰的小鼠动物模型,综合利用细胞生物学与分子生物学技术,并结合人类临床病理标本,从遗传和表观遗传角度来探讨哺乳动物生殖细胞发育、分化、受精及环境获得性性状子代传递(Acquired traits)的分子机制。

 特任研究员 博士生导师2010年获得上海交通大学医学院生殖生物学博士学位,2011~2018年分别在美国University of Nevada RenoUniversity of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center接受博士后训练。目前实验室主要围绕1)建立低起始量样本(low-input)的灵敏、高通量组学技术,来探索、解决生殖生物学前沿科学问题;2)开发优化高效、精准的长片断基因敲入(Knock-in)技术方法,用于细胞、小鼠动物模型的制作,以及先天遗传疾病/出生缺陷的诊治;

 近年作为通讯作者相关成果发表在Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research, PNAS, eLifeWIREs RNA等。目前担任安徽省细胞生物学会生殖医学分会主任委员等学术兼职!
